    Diet according to Nature… the annoying detoxification!

    This way of eating is quite different from the usual, and the changes it entails do not go unnoticed by your body.

    What I mean is that you may experience some (or many) detoxification symptoms, including headaches and fatigue.

    Why?

    Simple! You have gorged yourself on a sea of toxins with your previous diet:

    Phytic acid and lectins from grains and legumes, caffeine…
